Southern Oregon University (SOU) was experiencing some challenges in the performance of its IT organization especially caused by the budget challenges over the last few years.
VIE performed an IT snapshot of the University’s IT organization and how well it was delivering to the business of running the University. In our recommendation, VIE provided much insignt into improving IT services on campus.
VIE also provided IT leadership services to help support the recommendations of the Snapshot.
After the University made a decision to replace their CIO, VIE was hired to assist with the hiring of their new CIO.
