Saint Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center (SPH) is an amazing organization with talented people and leadership that truly desires to develop the best tertiary care facility in Western Montana and beyond. In order to accomplish this there is a critical need for effective and well aligned computer technology to the business and clinical objectives of the organization.
VIE was engaged to do an IT SnapShot to review all critial areas of IT in light of the need for it to help achieve SHP’s goals. This included applications and integration, infrastructure, governance model, redundany, and much more as indicated under the Services section of our website.
VIE worked with the executive management staff both at the hospital and the Providence Health System to define the issues and make recommendations on addressing the most critical problems.
Additionally VIE facilitated a strategic planning session with all the key stakeholders, including organizations outside SPH. This planning session resulted in a set of key focal points to help guide the development and implementation of the vision of the executive management team for SPH to be the best tertiary care facility in Western Montana and beyond.
