Randall Group is a Portland based real estate company. VIE was engaged to perform an IT Snapshot assessment to determine how to improve the relationship between IT and the business and to redirect IT to support the goals of the business. VIE was also engaged to take on an interim CIO role to implement some of the suggested changes.
