Genesis is a company that has grown fast over the last few years. As a growing company, they have had to focus on complaince issues including security, availability and reliability.
Genesis hired VIE to mentor IT leadership and to support a major infrastructure outsourcing move to a local hosting company.
VIE provided services to evaluate requirements for increased scalability, reliability and flexibility in Genesis IT infrastructure. VIE also helped to evaluate vendors of IT hosting services and provided executive oversight of the migration to the selected co-location provider.
VIE has worked with the Genesis CIO over the last several years serving as a sounding board for IT service and IT organization challenges.

Recently, Genesis was experiencing severe challenges with its aging desktop infrastructure and support services. In September 2011, Genesis hired VIE to assist with this project. Over the next 6-8 months, VIE will provide senior level IT consulting and project oversight services for this important project.
