Canby Telcom is a local company based in Canby, Oregon providing phone, television and internet services. They were experiencing some issues with the multiplicity of systems that had been installed as well as built internally to support operations. VIE was engaged to help develop a Software Systems Development Strategy to include future role of software development, governance process and simplification of systems operability.
