    Coaching and Mentoring

    VIE offers one-on-one coaching services to mid-level to senior-level managers.  The objective is to help the manager through custom tailored advice and training relevant to their personal and team situation. We offer four options including Trusted Advisor and Mentoring, Coaching – I (Lite), Coaching – II (comprehensive) and Team Engagement models.

    All our coaching options include helping clients fill gaps related to leadership of their team and management in general. The initial assessment may uncover gaps related to leadership topics such as:
